Our Return Policy
At The Pink Cottage, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an easy return or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Returns are accepted for any reason, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps provided. Once your return is approved, securely package the item and send it back according to the instructions provided.
Shipping & Processing
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and issued to the original form of payment
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Items purchased using a coupon or promotional code
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Items purchased during promotional events that are clearly stated as final sale.
Certain items may also be non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons. These will be clearly noted on the product page.All Kendra Scott and any other jewelry.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)
For orders that include a Gift With Purchase, the GWP must be returned if requesting a full refund. If the GWP is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the retail value of the GWP.
