Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Sale items or items purchased using a discount or promotional code
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Certain items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Gift With Purchase (GWP)
If your order included a Gift With Purchase, the gift must be returned in order to receive a full refund. If the gift is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the retail value of the gift.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
